Week-by-week programme
Week 1
Understanding AI agents: the difference between an assistant and an agent, use cases, limits.
What you produce: A map of the automatable tasks in your role.
Week 2
Designing your first agent: instructions, tools, knowledge, with no-code tools (for example Copilot Studio).
What you produce: An agent that handles a business task.
Week 3
Automating a process across several tools (for example Power Automate, Make or n8n).
What you produce: An end-to-end automated process.
Week 4
Overseeing and deploying: human validation, agent security, sensitive data, measuring the gains.
What you produce: Final agent presented with its rules of use.
Concrete result
You leave with an AI agent and an automated process that work in your job.
